Synovus Park is one of the Southeast’s newest and most modern minor league baseball and entertainment venues. Serving as home to the Columbus Clingstones, the Double-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, this venue hosts approximately 69 professional baseball games per season while also accommodating a variety of other community and entertainment events year-round. Within this exciting setting, the role of Suites Runner plays a pivotal part in ensuring that guests in premium suites receive exceptional service during events. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $13.00 and is tip eligible, providing additional earning potential. Reporting directly to suite attendants and management, the Suites Runner supports the setup, operation, and cleanup of suites, maintaining a seamless experience for suite guests. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to prepare and stock suites with necessary products, utensils, and supplies prior to events, as well as actively assisting with the setup of pre-ordered food and beverages. During events, the Suites Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverage orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring service expectations are met or exceeded.

The Suites Runner is also charged with maintaining cleanliness and organization within suite work areas and equipment, aligning with sanitation, health, and safety standards to uphold the highest quality environment. Additional tasks may be assigned to support the overall success of event execution and guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented, event-driven environments and are passionate about providing outstanding customer service. Candidates with food service experience and a valid food handling certificate are highly preferred. Job Requirements
