Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- must acquire and maintain Food Handlers Card
- must acquire and maintain Alcohol Awareness Certification
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- availability during event peak periods
- excellent communication skills
- previous food service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
- high school diploma, G.E.D., or related food service job experience

Job Duties
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and special items offered
- provide prompt, attentive, friendly, and professional service to suite guests
- ensure food items are served at the proper temperature and immediately upon availability
- ensure neat presentation of all ordered items with no spill-over
- pre-bus and bus tables during peak periods
- maintain availability to work during many peak periods
- stock beverage stations as needed
- respond promptly to customer requests
- maintain professional and clean appearance
- communicate effectively with waitstaff, bartenders, kitchen staff, and supervisors
- build and maintain knowledge of bar offerings
