This job opening is for a Suite Attendant position at Dickey-Stephens Park in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Dickey-Stephens Park serves as the home field for the Arkansas Travelers, a Double-A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners, and is a prominent entertainment venue hosting numerous community events annually. The role is part-time and offers an hourly wage ranging between $11.00 and $13.00, with eligibility for tips. Additionally, part-time employees have access to benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions.

The Suite Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring premium service to guests in the suites during events held at Dickey-Stephens Park. Key responsibilities include pre-busing and bussing tables during peak periods, restocking beverage stations, and maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times.

This position requires reliable attendance and availability to work during scheduled events, particularly during peak periods. The Suite Attendant must possess or be willing to acquire necessary certifications such as a Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness Certification to comply with safety and regulatory standards. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintains knowledge of the menu and any special items being offered
  • provides quick, attentive, friendly, and professional service to suite guests and communicates clearly with all customers
  • ensures food items are served at proper temperature and immediately upon availability from the kitchen, as ordered by the customer
  • ensures neat presentation of all ordered items, with no spill-over
  • pre-buses tables and full buses tables when necessary, during peak periods
  • maintains availability to work during many peak periods
  • stocks beverage station(s) when necessary (ice, juices, glassware, sugar packets, etc)
  • maintains high responsiveness to customer desires and requests
  • maintains a professional and clean appearance
  • communicates with waitstaff, buspersons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to improve communication and coordination so that patrons may be impressed by their dining experience
  • builds and maintains knowledge regarding bar offerings so that patron questions may be accurately answered
