Benefits for part-time employees include access to a 401(k) savings plan and employer matching, underscoring OVG's commitment to supporting its workforce.
The Prep Cook will play a vital role within the Texas Tech Club’s culinary team by preparing high-quality, fresh foods that are served to guests throughout the venue. This position demands meticulous attention to food safety and sanitation standards, proper portioning, and timely delivery of hot and cold menu items. Working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, the Prep Cook must be adaptable, reliable, and able to maintain the company's high standards for service and culinary excellence. The role requires excellent attendance and the flexibility to work scheduled events according to business needs.

Additionally, the role involves maintaining kitchen equipment, observing proper cooking techniques, and upholding strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Candidates for this role should possess previous experience in cooking or food preparation and be comfortable operating standard kitchen equipment such as broilers, steamers, convection ovens, mixers, meat slicers, and chef knives. Communication skills are essential to effectively work with team members, management, and guests to foster a cooperative and positive work environment.
