Established in 2015, OVG has rapidly set itself apart by managing a diverse platform that encompasses venue development, comprehensive venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. With ownership and management of seven world-class venues and partnerships with iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents, OVG is known for delivering unparalleled live experience solutions that consistently elevate the entertainment sector. Their commitment to innovation and excellence in live event experiences makes them a pioneering organization within this dynamic industry.
The Augusta Green Jackets play at SRP Park, located in North Augusta, South Carolina, a central hub within this vibrant downtown district. SRP Park not only offers an exciting minor league baseball experience but also serves as an exceptional venue for concerts, corporate events, and social gatherings. Recognized as the best minor league ballpark in 2018, SRP Park merges a stunning riverside view with convenient proximity to local shops, making it a preferred destination for both sports fans and event attendees.
The Premium Suite Runner at the Augusta Green Jackets, managed by Oak View Group, is a dynamic part-time role essential to the seamless operation of the premium suite experience during events at SRP Park. This position operates within the premium suites and club areas, supporting Suite Attendants and assisting with a variety of important tasks to ensure guests receive superior service. A critical responsibility of the Premium Suite Runner is the preparation and stocking of the pantry with appropriate products, utensils, and supplies. This role also involves setting up and executing pre-ordered food and beverage items efficiently, delivering restaurant orders during events, and ensuring the pantry area is cleaned and restocked after events conclude.
This position demands attentiveness to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining order and cleanliness in high-traffic suite work areas. The Premium Suite Runner is expected to uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards rigorously to guarantee a safe and enjoyable environment for both staff and guests. Flexibility and consistent attendance are vital, as the role requires working at scheduled events per business needs. Hourly compensation for this role ranges from $11.00 to $13.00, with the added benefit of eligibility for tipping, making it a rewarding opportunity for those enthusiastic about hospitality and customer service within a vibrant sports and entertainment context.
Beyond the core duties, this role offers the unique chance to be part of a high-energy environment where teamwork and customer interaction play key roles in event success. The position also supports the reputation of Oak View Group as a leader in hospitality through the delivery of quality service and attention to guest needs. Part-time employees enjoy benefits such as the 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, providing additional long-term value. This role remains open until July 8, 2026, inviting dedicated candidates to join a team that values diversity, teamwork, and professional growth within the live entertainment industry.
