The Premium Suite Runner role at SRP Park plays an essential part in maintaining the high standards of premium hospitality experiences within the suites and club areas. This part-time position focuses on supporting suite attendants by preparing, stocking, and cleaning the Pantry, ensuring all products, utensils, and supplies are readily available for use throughout events. The Suite Runner assists with the setup and execution of pre-ordered food and beverage service as well as the delivery of restaurant orders to VIP guests during the event. Post-event responsibilities include thoroughly cleaning and restocking the Pantry area to prepare it for future use.

Job Requirements
- Valid food handling certificate
- Valid alcohol service permit as required by age
- Ability to work scheduled events as needed
- Demonstrated excellent attendance
- Ability to maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment
- Previous experience as a runner a plus
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit based upon age
- All alcohol servers must provide proof of completion of state-approved alcohol server training and valid alcohol server certification upon hire, or complete such training within 30 days of employment
Job Duties
- Prepares the suite and premium pantry
- Responsible for keeping the restaurant/catering work areas and equipment clean
- Assists the suite attendants and servers
- Responsible for setting tables and reservations
- Assists serving staff in delivering orders to guests' tables and suites
- Responsible for keeping the suite work areas and equipment clean
- Responsible for assisting in the setup of the suites and restaurant
- Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance
- Additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or management staff
