Job Description
Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, known for its comprehensive platform that spans venue development, venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company operates seven world-class owned venues and supports a diverse client roster that includes some of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. OVG prides itself on delivering exceptional experiences and sustainable operations within the live entertainment industry, leveraging innovation and excellence.
One of OVG's esteemed venues, Blue Arena in Loveland, Colorado, is currently seeking a dedicated Premium Services Manager to join their food and beverage management team on a full-time basis. Blue Arena offers a vibrant atmosphere with a steady flow of high-profile events that require top-tier catering and premium services to enhance the guest experience. This salaried position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 and includes comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, and paid time off including vacation days, sick leave, and holidays.
The Premium Services Manager is pivotal in leading and overseeing all premium and catering operations at Blue Arena and The Ranch Events Complex. This role demands a hands-on approach, guiding the management of catering, restaurant, and suite services to ensure seamless execution of events from start to finish. The manager is responsible for supervising the Catering Manager and part-time staff, managing inventory, labor costs, and equipment maintenance while maintaining client relations and ensuring that all events meet professional, legal, and financial standards.
The role requires an individual who is personable and adaptable, excelling in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Effective communication skills are essential to interact professionally with guests, clients, and team members. In addition to managing daily operations, the Premium Services Manager will also develop and train service staff to uphold OVG's high standards of hospitality excellence. Responsibilities extend to conflict resolution, maintaining compliance with alcohol service policies, overseeing financial reports including budgets and projections, and assisting in troubleshooting Point-of-Sale systems.
This leadership role is critical to ensuring that every catered event delivers an exceptional, high-quality experience. The manager must be proactive in ensuring the venue operates efficiently and profitably while upholding sanitation, health, and safety standards. Collaboration with culinary teams, event staff, and external partners is essential to align operations with OVG's service expectations. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
With a focus on inclusivity and diversity, Oak View Group fosters a work environment that reflects and embraces the diverse communities it serves. The Premium Services Manager position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a global leader committed to innovation, excellence, and delivering world-class live entertainment experiences. Candidates passionate about hospitality management, event operations, and delivering memorable guest experiences will find this role both challenging and rewarding.
