The role’s scope extends to maintaining a clean, safe working environment aligned with health and sanitation standards and enforcing all organizational policies and procedures.

This position requires flexibility in scheduling to meet the demands of events that may occur during evenings, weekends, or holidays. The Premium Services Manager plays a vital role in upholding the highest quality standards in catering and premium services, contributing directly to the reputation and success of Blue Arena and Oak View Group as leaders in the entertainment venue space.
