The Premium Services Concierge role at PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford, Connecticut, offers a unique opportunity to serve as the primary liaison for premium guests during a variety of exciting events including Hartford Wolf Pack hockey games, UConn Athletics basketball and hockey games, and concerts featuring world-renowned artists. PeoplesBank Arena itself is a premier venue known for entertaining millions annually with notable performances from artists such as Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen, Justin Timberlake, and many others, alongside family shows and ice-skating events.
As a Premium Services Concierge, you will be at the heart of the guest experience in our premium spaces such as Bunker Suites, Loge Boxes, and Club Seats. You will be tasked with ensuring that premium clients receive exceptional, seamless service characterized by professionalism, friendly engagement, and meticulous attention to detail. This part-time position pays an hourly rate ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 and includes access to benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions.
The role demands individuals who are enthusiastic, service-oriented, and possess a natural ability to connect with guests to enhance their event day experiences. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event environments preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively

Job Duties
- Welcome and assist premium guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the premium seating locations
- Educate guests on premium amenities, seating areas, and game day or event-specific information
- Partner closely with the on-site Premium Services Manager to ensure all guest needs are met during events
- Conduct pre-event walkthroughs to ensure all premium areas (Bunker Suites, Loge Boxes, and Club Seats) are clean, stocked, and event-ready
- Proactively identify and report any service issues or guest concerns to appropriate personnel for quick resolution
- Monitor and support entertainment elements in premium spaces, including TVs, video walls, and sound systems
- Assist guests requiring mobility or accessibility accommodations with appropriate support
- Uphold all safety, security, and venue policies to ensure a secure and comfortable environment
- Support the setup and breakdown of premium areas before and after events
- Collaborate with fellow Guest Services staff and departments to maintain a positive and efficient team environment
- Complete additional assignments or special projects as needed
