The role of Premium Services Concierge at PeoplesBank Arena is vital in delivering an extraordinary experience to premium guests during events. This part-time position is ideal for those who excel at building connections with guests and creating seamless, memorable interactions. The concierge will be the main point of contact for premium patrons in exclusive seating areas including Bunker Suites, Loge Boxes, and Club Seats, ensuring they receive attentive, courteous, and highly professional service throughout their visit.

The Premium Services Concierge will play a crucial role in advancing PeoplesBank Arena’s reputation for premium guest services by facilitating smooth event experiences, offering detailed knowledge of amenities, and anticipating guest needs. Collaborating closely with the on-site Premium Services Manager and other guest services personnel, the concierge will ensure that all premium areas are well-prepared before events and that guests' concerns or requests are met promptly and courteously.

This role demands exceptional customer service skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to work effectively under pressure during busy event days. Responsibilities include pre-event preparations, monitoring entertainment equipment within premium spaces, assisting guests with accessibility needs, enforcing venue policies for safety and comfort, and supporting the overall premium services environment.

Job Duties

  • Welcome and assist premium guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner throughout the event experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the premium seating locations
  • Educate guests on premium amenities, seating areas, and game day or event-specific information
  • Partner closely with the on-site Premium Services Manager to ensure all guest needs are met during events
  • Conduct pre-event walkthroughs to ensure all premium areas (Bunker Suites, Loge Boxes, and Club Seats) are clean, stocked, and event-ready
  • Proactively identify and report any service issues or guest concerns to appropriate personnel for quick resolution
  • Monitor and support entertainment elements in premium spaces, including TVs, video walls, and sound systems
  • Assist guests requiring mobility or accessibility accommodations with appropriate support
  • Uphold all safety, security, and venue policies to ensure a secure and comfortable environment
  • Support the setup and breakdown of premium areas before and after events
  • Collaborate with fellow Guest Services staff and departments to maintain a positive and efficient team environment
  • Complete additional assignments or special projects as needed
