Established in 2015, OVG has rapidly expanded its footprint across the world, managing a collection of seven world-class venues and providing end-to-end solutions in venue development, management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. The company commands a prestigious client roster that includes iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions spanning four continents. With its innovative approach and commitment to excellence, OVG continues to shape the future of live entertainment and elevate experiences for millions of guests worldwide.

PeoplesBank Arena, located at One Civic Center Plaza in Hartford, Connecticut, is one of the premier venues managed by Oak View Group. It serves as the home for the American Hockey League's Hartford Wolf Pack, the primary developmental affiliate of the New York Rangers. The arena is a vibrant hub for entertainment, hosting a variety of concerts, family shows, ice-skating events, and sporting fixtures throughout the year. Over the years, PeoplesBank Arena has welcomed a star-studded lineup of performers including Sabrina Carpenter, Andrea Bocelli, Bad Bunny, Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, and Pearl Jam, to name a few. With its commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences, the venue draws millions of visitors annually, making it a cornerstone of Hartford's entertainment landscape.

The Premium Services Concierge position at PeoplesBank Arena is a part-time role offering an hourly wage between $20.00 and $22.00. As the primary point of contact for premium clients, the concierge is responsible for managing guest interactions within specialized seating areas such as the Bunker Suites, Loge Boxes, and Club Seats. The position demands a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.

The concierge will work closely with the on-site Premium Services Manager and other team members to ensure all premium guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Duties include welcoming guests warmly, educating them on the amenities available, conducting thorough pre-event walkthroughs to guarantee that premium areas are clean, well-stocked, and event-ready, and addressing any guest concerns promptly to uphold satisfaction. Additionally, the concierge supports entertainment technology within premium spaces, assists guests with mobility or accessibility needs, and ensures that safety and venue policies are strictly followed to maintain a secure environment.

This role requires flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of live events. The work environment is fast-paced and demands excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Oak View Group values diversity and inclusivity, recognizing that a varied team contributes to innovation and excellence in service. The company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all its employees and guests.

Part-time employees at Oak View Group, including those in the Premium Services Concierge role, benefit from access to a 401(k) savings plan with company matching. This demonstrates the company's dedication to supporting its workforce’s financial well-being even in part-time capacities. The role remains open until August 28, 2026, inviting candidates who are enthusiastic about live entertainment and exceptional guest service to join a leading team dedicated to making every event memorable.
