With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and community, Oak View Group continues to shape the future of live entertainment on a global scale.
CFG Bank Arena, located in the heart of Baltimore, Maryland, is a shining example of OVG’s dedication to world-class entertainment experiences. Celebrated as the 11th highest grossing venue worldwide according to Billboard Magazine in December 2025, CFG Bank Arena is a premier entertainment destination that boasts over 14,000 seats and has undergone extensive renovations exceeding $250 million. These renovations have enhanced the venue with modern acoustics, luxurious suites, exclusive clubs, premium contemporary seating, and revitalized concourses, providing guests with upscale culinary experiences and a premium entertainment atmosphere. As a cornerstone of Baltimore’s cultural scene, CFG Bank Arena hosts more than 105 events annually ranging from major concerts to other live entertainment spectacles.
The role of a Parking Lot Attendant at CFG Bank Arena plays an essential part in maintaining a smooth, safe, and efficient visitor experience before, during, and after events. This position is primarily responsible for managing vehicle access to the parking areas, verifying credentials for authorized personnel and vehicles, monitoring the flow of pedestrians, and assisting with traffic control to ensure safety for everyone involved. Parking Lot Attendants serve as a critical communication bridge between the arena’s command center and tour production staff, helping maintain order and facilitating cooperation in fast-paced event environments.
This is a part-time position offering an hourly wage of $22.00, with valuable benefits including access to a 401(k) savings plan and employer matching contributions. The position plays a vital operational role in creating a secure and welcoming environment by delivering exceptional customer service to guests and staff while enforcing venue policies. Parking Lot Attendants handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively, such as emergencies or conflict resolution, always maintaining professionalism and respect.
Candidates interested in this role should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure in busy, loud environments, and demonstrate flexibility regarding work schedules that include nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in customer service or security roles is preferred, especially within sports or entertainment venues. This role also requires physical endurance for standing, walking, and working outdoors under varied weather conditions.
Joining Oak View Group means becoming part of a diverse and inclusive team that values innovation, teamwork, and community engagement. The organization champions equality and provides a supportive working environment, where differences are celebrated as strengths, and all employees are encouraged to grow and succeed. The Parking Lot Attendant at CFG Bank Arena is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about live entertainment and delivering superior guest experiences in a vibrant setting.
