Job Description
Oak View Group (OVG) is a global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services. Established in 2015, OVG operates a diverse platform that encompasses venue development, management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales across multiple continents. The company manages a portfolio of seven world-class venues and provides services to some of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions worldwide. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, OVG has built a reputation for transforming venues into premier entertainment destinations that offer unforgettable experiences for fans, artists, and communities alike.
One of OVG's flagship venues is the CFG Bank Arena, located in the heart of Baltimore, Maryland. CFG Bank Arena is a distinguished entertainment venue with a seating capacity exceeding 14,000. Recognized as the 11th highest-grossing venue worldwide according to Billboard Magazine in December 2025, this arena has undergone a massive $250 million renovation that has elevated its status as a modern, state-of-the-art destination. Renovations include advanced acoustics, premium seating options including superior suites and exclusive club levels, reimagined concourses, and upscale culinary offerings. The arena is a cultural cornerstone of Baltimore, hosting over 105 major shows annually featuring some of the world's top artists, making it a key hub for entertainment in the region.
As a Parking Lot Attendant at CFG Bank Arena, you will play an essential role in supporting the smooth operation of parking and pedestrian traffic during events. This part-time position requires individuals who are attentive, responsible, and customer-service oriented. You will be tasked with managing vehicle access, verifying credentials for tour-approved vehicles, monitoring pedestrian movement, and serving as an important communication link between the event command center and tour staff. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, organization, and efficiency of parking areas to enhance the overall event experience for guests and staff.
The hourly wage for this part-time role is $22.00. Additionally, part-time employees are eligible for benefits including a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, reflecting OVG's commitment to supporting its team members beyond the workplace. The position requires availability for 70% of events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, aligning with the dynamic schedule typical of a major live entertainment venue.
Candidates for the Parking Lot Attendant role must be prepared to work in varying outdoor weather conditions and maintain a high level of professionalism even during high-traffic events. Strong communication skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Docs and Excel for scheduling purposes are important. The role also involves conflict resolution, enforcing venue policies, assisting guests in emergencies, and ensuring pedestrian and vehicle safety during ingress and egress periods. Teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay organized and vigilant are key attributes for success in this position.
By joining the Oak View Group team at CFG Bank Arena, you become part of an innovative and diverse organization dedicated to providing outstanding experiences in live entertainment. The company values inclusivity and equal opportunity, fostering an environment where individuals from all backgrounds can thrive and contribute to the mission of creating unforgettable moments for a global audience.
