Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or security preferred
ability to commit to 70% event availability
flexible schedule willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays
strong communication skills

proficiency in Google Docs and Excel

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service/security-based industry is preferred
previous experience within sports, entertainment, or a related field is preferred

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service to all building occupants
maintain situational awareness of all activity within assigned parking areas and report suspicious behavior immediately
assist with traffic flow and pedestrian safety during ingress and egress periods
possess a positive attitude and facilitate teamwork and respect among co-workers
welcome building occupants, provide directions, and answer any questions that may arise
be energetic and have a desire to help
enforce building policies and event procedures
assist and direct building occupants in a variety of situations, including emergencies
