The role of Manager of Partnerships at the Olmsted County Exhibition Center in Rochester, Minnesota, offers a fantastic opportunity to join OVG in a growing and dynamic environment. The Exhibition Center itself is a state-of-the-art, 80,000-square-foot facility designed to host a variety of events year-round, such as agricultural activities, trade shows, cultural gatherings, and more. The venue features modern amenities including a main show ring, a warm-up arena, and accommodations that cater both to people and animals, reflecting a unique blend of functionality and community focus.
As Manager of Partnerships, you will report directly to the Vice President of Global Partnerships and be a key driver in expanding the company’s revenue footprint at the Olmsted County Exhibition Center. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $52,500 to $62,500 annually with commission eligibility, emphasizing both base compensation and performance incentives.
Your primary responsibility will be to aggressively drive new sponsorship business and activate sponsor agreements, alongside maintaining strong client relationships that support the department’s revenue goals. You will focus on generating revenue by selling naming rights, integrated sponsorships, entitlement spaces, digital advertising, premium seating, and hospitality packages—leveraging your skills in sales, negotiation, and customer engagement.
