Job Description

Oak View Group (OVG) is a global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, operating at the intersection of venue development, management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, OVG has rapidly expanded, managing some of the world's most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, and cultural institutions across four continents. With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, Oak View Group supports a diverse portfolio of venues and events, driving unmatched experiences for audiences and partners alike. The company continually emphasizes the importance of inclusivity and diversity as essential drivers of its success, fostering a work environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive and contribute meaningfully to its mission. Oak View Group holds a reputation for excellence, highlighted by awards such as Sport Business Journal's 2026 Award for Best in Property Consulting, Sales, and Client Services, reinforcing the company’s position as a top-tier operator in the live entertainment industry.

Blue Arena and The Ranch Events Complex, located in Loveland, Colorado, is a premier 6,800-seat multi-purpose venue that opened in 2003. It serves as the home of the Colorado Eagles, a team in the American Hockey League, and hosts a wide variety of events ranging from sports such as hockey, basketball, and football, to large-scale concerts, rodeos, family shows, trade shows, and many customizable event setups. The venue, owned by Larimer County and managed by Oak View Group, is an important cultural and entertainment hub less than an hour’s drive from Denver and Cheyenne. It is part of the larger 374,000 square-foot Larimer County Fairgrounds and Events Complex, known as The Ranch. This complex is a cornerstone of Northern Colorado’s sports and entertainment landscape.

As the Manager of Partnerships & Premium Seating for Blue Arena and The Ranch Events Complex, you will play an integral role in driving the revenue growth and sustainability of the venue’s premium seating and corporate partnership sales program. This full-time role involves selling and servicing all premium seating clients, as well as securing fully integrated sponsorship packages that span marketing rights, on-premise signage, event sponsorships, promotions, event marketing, and select media exposure within the complex. With a competitive salary range of $52,500 to $62,500, plus commission opportunities based on performance, this position is ideal for a driven sales professional passionate about the live entertainment industry and capable of working collaboratively with local, regional, and national companies.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Partnerships, General Manager, and VP of OVG Global Partnerships to develop and execute strategic plans aimed at maximizing premium seating sales and sponsorship revenue. The position demands a proactive approach to prospecting new business, renewing and growing existing client relationships, preparing sales proposals and contracts, and ensuring a high level of client service and activation. Success in this role hinges on strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex contract negotiations. You will also be expected to represent the venue professionally both in the field and on-site during events, including availability during evenings and weekends. Overall, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of one of Northern Colorado’s most vibrant live entertainment venues within a globally recognized organization dedicated to excellence in entertainment and hospitality.
