Job Description

Oak View Group (OVG) is a prominent global leader in the premium live entertainment infrastructure and services industry. Since its founding in 2015, OVG has established a robust platform that spans venue development, venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. The company manages seven world-class owned venues and holds a client portfolio featuring some of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. OVG's reputation is built on innovation, excellence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for fans, partners, and stakeholders alike.

Blue Arena and The Ranch Events Complex, located in Loveland, Colorado, represent a vital part of OVG's venue portfolio. Blue Arena, built in 2003 and with a seating capacity of 6,800, serves as a multi-purpose venue hosting hockey, basketball, rodeos, concerts, family shows, trade shows, and various other events. It is home to the Colorado Eagles of the American Hockey League and is owned by Larimer County. The Ranch is an extensive 374,000 square-foot fairground complex that includes the arena and supports a broad spectrum of events, making it the entertainment and sports hub of Northern Colorado.

The role of Manager of Partnerships & Premium Seating at Blue Arena and The Ranch Events Complex is a full-time, results-oriented position essential for driving new business revenue and maintaining successful corporate relationships. This role is embedded within Oak View Group's Global Partnerships team, recognized by Sport Business Journal in 2026 for excellence in property consulting, sales, and client services. The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $52,500 to $62,500 with eligibility for commission based on achieving sales targets.

In this capacity, the Manager of Partnerships & Premium Seating will take charge of selling and servicing all premium seating clients and corporate sponsorships throughout the venue complex. This includes overseeing marketing rights, on-premise signage, event sponsorships, promotions, event marketing, and selected media exposure. The individual will be a key player in formulating and executing strategic sales plans alongside the Director of Partnerships and senior leadership to sustain and grow partnership revenue. This role demands a proactive, disciplined, and strategic sales professional who can work both independently and collaboratively, representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and engaging prospective clients from local, regional, and national companies, designing compelling sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing the activation and servicing of partnerships. This involves frequent communication across departments including legal, marketing, ticket operations, and community relations. There is an expectation for the candidate to attend events during evenings and weekends to execute premium seating and partner activations.

This position not only focuses on new sales but also on renewing and expanding existing partnerships, maintaining detailed sales records and forecasts, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective service initiatives like newsletters, partner gatherings, and entertainment events. With a strong focus on collaboration and innovation, the role contributes directly to Blue Arena’s mission to be the premier destination for sports and entertainment in the region. Oak View Group also emphasizes diversity and inclusion in the workplace, fostering an environment that celebrates varied backgrounds and perspectives to drive continuous innovation and excellence.
