Founded in 2015, OVG has rapidly expanded its influence by managing a collection of seven world-class owned venues and serving a diverse client roster that includes iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. As a pioneer in the live entertainment industry, OVG is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and world-class experiences for both clients and guests, setting the standard for excellence in this dynamic industry.

Blue Arena and The Ranch Events Complex, located in Loveland, Colorado, are premier venues managed by Oak View Group. Blue Arena is a versatile, 6,800-seat facility that hosts a variety of events, from hockey games featuring the American Hockey League's Colorado Eagles to concerts, family shows, rodeos, basketball, football, trade shows, and more. This multipurpose venue, opened in 2003, sits within the larger 374,000 square-foot Larimer County Fairgrounds and Events Complex known as The Ranch. Strategically situated less than an hour from Denver and Cheyenne, Blue Arena has become a vital hub for sports and entertainment in Northern Colorado, supported by the dedicated expertise of OVG’s Global Partnerships team.

The Manager of Partnerships and Premium Seating role at Blue Arena and The Ranch Events Complex is a key position that blends sales expertise with client service excellence. This full-time opportunity requires a proactive and disciplined sales professional dedicated to generating new business revenue and nurturing existing partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and servicing premium seating clients, as well as selling fully integrated sponsorship packages that encompass marketing rights, on-premise signage, event sponsorships, promotions, event marketing, and select media exposure.

This position requires strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including the Director of Partnerships, General Manager, and VP of OVG Global Partnerships. The role demands strategic planning to drive sustainable revenue growth through premium seating and partnership sales within Blue Arena and the broader Ranch Events Complex. Candidates will engage with local, regional, and national companies, leveraging their relationship skills and sales acumen to maximize partnership potential.

Compensation for the Manager of Partnerships and Premium Seating combines a base salary ranging from $52,500 to $62,500, plus commissionable opportunities tied to achieving sales goals. This structure incentivizes performance and rewards success in developing and maintaining key corporate partnerships. The company offers competitive benefits for full-time employees, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, and paid time off covering vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays.

Ideal candidates are expected to be excellent communicators, adept at creating compelling sales proposals and presentations, and skilled in negotiating contracts and pricing terms. They should feel comfortable spending time on the road for client meetings and possess the flexibility required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as special events take place. Additionally, the Manager will oversee the activation and fulfillment of partnership agreements, ensuring clients receive exceptional service through direct contact, newsletters, partner events, and entertainment opportunities.

Oak View Group prides itself on fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, recognizing that such environments encourage innovation and excellence. The organization is an equal opportunity employer, committed to non-discrimination on legally protected grounds. This dedication to diversity reflects in OVG’s hiring practices and company culture, allowing the Manager of Partnerships and Premium Seating to join a forward-thinking team focused on revolutionizing the sports and live entertainment industry.
