This role requires close collaboration with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor to plan menus and estimate expected food consumption, ensuring optimal service delivery during games and special events.

With an emphasis on teamwork and excellent attendance, this role offers the chance to develop culinary skills within a notable live entertainment and sports venue context. The successful candidate will handle essential kitchen equipment like broilers, steamers, convection ovens, mixers, meat slicers, and chef knives, contributing to seamless food preparation and presentation. Beyond cooking duties, the position entails active monitoring of food cooking times and temperatures and arranging and garnishing plates for guest service.

Benefits for part-time employees include access to a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, along with accrued paid leave calculated at one hour per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours annually. The work environment is inclusive and diverse, demonstrating a firm commitment to equal employment opportunities across all protected classes.
