Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- minimum of 6 months experience in a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment preferred
- must acquire and maintain a food handlers card
- must acquire and maintain alcohol awareness certification
- ability to work in a team-oriented event-driven environment
- ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests
- must maintain a professional and calm demeanor during busy periods
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months working in a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment is preferred
- previous experience as a host, receptionist, or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred
- must have a high school diploma, G.E.D. or related food service job experience
- must acquire and maintain a food handlers card, alcohol awareness certification, and other required compliance trainings
- ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner
- outstanding communication and guest engagement skills
- confident and charismatic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
