The Nampa Civic Center location is currently seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their team. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing concession and banquet operations at the Nampa Civic Center. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of food and beverage, hospitality, catering, banquet, or event operations experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, catering, banquet, or event operations
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event needs
- ServSafe Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
