The Food & Beverage Supervisor position at the Nampa Civic Center is a vital role that oversees concession and banquet operations during various events. Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, catering, banquet, or event operations
- supervisory experience preferred
- demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and responsible alcohol service practices
- experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
- strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence
- flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event needs
- ServSafe Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
- ability to lead by example, take initiative, and contribute to a positive team culture
