The company is committed to innovation, inclusivity, and excellence, fostering environments that celebrate diversity and deliver exceptional experiences for guests and clients alike.
The Food and Beverage Supervisor position at Oneida Casino in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is a full-time regular role paying an hourly rate of $21.25. This role is pivotal in overseeing the serving of guests within the venue's dining areas and during catering functions. The supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality food and beverage service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining exceptional standards of guest interaction and operational excellence. The Food and Beverage Supervisor supports the Food and Beverage Managers in various projects including staff training, inventory management, and special events coordination.
This position requires a personable and adaptable individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Critical functions include supervising the serving of meals and beverages (including alcoholic beverages), enforcing age verification policies, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring the cleanliness and operability of equipment. The supervisor must demonstrate excellent attendance, enforce company policies rigorously, and manage employee relations effectively through coaching, counseling, and necessary documentation.
The role involves direct interaction with guests, requiring the supervisor to recognize and appropriately manage situations involving intoxicated individuals, thus upholding responsible alcohol service practices.
