Responsibilities include meeting revenue goals, promoting the venue to prospective clients, assisting with contract finalization, planning events during the contracting phase, and maintaining detailed client records to facilitate smooth transitions to the Events Team. The associate is expected to proactively seek out new business opportunities through phone calls, emails, and attending industry events and tradeshows. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM software are important for maintaining accurate client and event data. The role requires excellent communication skills, organization, customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask effectively.
