The University of Kansas Social Club, one of OVG's prestigious venues located in Lawrence, Kansas, is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Concierge to join their Member Experience Team on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional and memorable experiences to Club Members. The Concierge position is focused on fostering warm welcomes, creating magical moments, and leaving a lasting fond impression on every member before, during, and after their visits.

The Concierge acts as a key liaison between the Club Members and the club services, providing personalized assistance, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and promoting club events and amenities across various communication channels. This role not only involves welcoming and guiding members and guests but also requires proactive engagement in project work aligned with the club's goals to promote a top-tier member experience.

Ideal candidates for this position should possess a strong service-oriented mindset and the ability to elevate each member's visit by anticipating needs and providing tailored support. Responsibilities include managing the lobby and front entrance areas, coordinating reservations and appointments for club programs, facilitating business and concierge services such as faxing and mailing, and assisting in marketing initiatives like club newsletters and event announcements.
