The Concierge at the Naismith Club will be an essential part of the Member Experience Team, charged with supporting project work and club goals through high-touch member engagement. The role involves delivering a warm welcome and consistently creating magical moments for members and guests before, during, and after every club visit. This service-focused position requires proactive communication of ClubLife through all available channels, ensuring members' needs are met efficiently and with a personal touch. Job Duties
- Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club
- provide business and concierge services to members
- proactively create magical moments for members and guests
- inform members and guests about club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities
- assist members with scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services
- maintain cleanliness of the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas
- manage supplies needed by members and guests such as pens and notepads
- accommodate member and guest requests for business services including faxing, copying, and mailing
- assist with member experience initiatives such as club newsletter
- maintain message on hold duties and website calendar
- support various projects including event announcements and marketing collateral
- keep member services materials current at the club
