The Concessions Bartender role at The Bushnell Performing Arts Center is a part-time, hourly-paid position with wages ranging from $16.00 to $18.00, plus eligibility for tips. - Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed and work in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Bartending school preferred

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service interaction and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide described service
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and state federal regulations
- Learn and suggestively upsell various beer wine varieties and spirits
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards for serving size
- Check guest IDs to verify minimum age requirements
- Communicate alcohol service cut-offs to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security as needed
- Request additional products or restock as required
- Handle cash accurately and issue bank at bar
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is well maintained
- Perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with organization of cooler
- Other duties as assigned
