- Six months or more experience bartending
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- bartending school preferred
- MAST certification
- ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
- follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wines, and spirits to guests
- pour drinks responsibly according to company standards for serving size
- check guest IDs in accordance with age verification regulations
- communicate cut-off to guests as required
- listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security as needed
- request additional products or restock as required
- maintain issued bank at the bar
- keep a clean and sanitary workstation ensuring bar equipment is well-maintained
- set up and break down bar equipment and assist with organizing the cooler as needed
