  • high school diploma or GED preferred

  • MAST certification
  • ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
  • follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
  • serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
  • learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wines, and spirits to guests
  • pour drinks responsibly according to company standards for serving size
  • check guest IDs in accordance with age verification regulations
  • communicate cut-off to guests as required
  • listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
  • de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security as needed
  • request additional products or restock as required
  • maintain issued bank at the bar
  • keep a clean and sanitary workstation ensuring bar equipment is well-maintained
  • set up and break down bar equipment and assist with organizing the cooler as needed
