Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if applicable
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for POS and inventory tasks
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Availability to work flexible hours including event days
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage
- Ability to supervise others effectively
- Strong communication skills with employees, volunteers, management, and guests
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required
- Proficient in basic math related to cash and inventory
- Basic knowledge of office software such as Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects
Job Duties
- Oversee set-up and readiness of concession stands prior to events
- Assign duties to employees and volunteers to ensure operational efficiency
- Monitor food production, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures
- Assist in training new and current staff on procedures and guest service standards
- Step in to support or backfill positions to maintain service and guest satisfaction
- Assist with premium services operations and special events
- Maintain a safe, clean, and harassment-free work environment
- Supervise alcohol service including ID checks and managing over-service situations
- Support POS transactions, order processing, and guest interaction
- Ensure all equipment is operational and sanitation standards are met
- Enforce company policies and model professional conduct
- Assist with inventory, training sessions, and other management projects
- Help move products into designated locations
