At Missouri State University, Oak View Group is the principal Food & Beverage partner, overseeing concessions and hospitality operations for premier athletic and entertainment facilities such as Plaster Stadium, Great Southern Bank Arena, Juanita K. Hammons Hall, Hammons Student Center, and the Betty and Bobby Allison Soccer Stadium. The Concession Supervisor role is a vital part-time position within this dynamic environment, designed for individuals passionate about customer service, teamwork, and event-driven atmospheres. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of multiple concession stands during events to ensure a seamless service experience for guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing concession staff and volunteers, coordinating stand setups, monitoring inventory and cash handling procedures, and enforcing health and safety standards. Additionally, the role requires active participation in staff training and the ability to provide support across different concession areas as needed.
