The ClubLife Concierge role at The Baylor Club is a pivotal, part-time position that centers on delivering outstanding member service and memorable experiences to all club guests. This role is integral to the Member Experience Team, primarily focusing on cultivating Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells for members before, during, and after every visit. Shifts offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $12.00 to $14.00, complemented by benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan with matching for part-time employees. Responsibilities include communicating effectively through multiple channels to assist with member reservations, inquiries, and preferences, promoting club events and services, and managing key projects such as birthday campaigns and event invitations.

In this role, the concierge acts as a confident, approachable liaison who helps members navigate the club facilities and access concierge services, contributing to a seamless guest experience. The ClubLife Concierge is expected to keep the front desk and common areas clean and well-stocked while handling business services like faxing, copying, and mailing requests efficiently. Teamwork, adaptability, and proactive problem solving are key, as the role requires supporting initiatives such as club newsletters, member communications, and marketing collateral updates. With emphasis on relationship building and attentive service recovery procedures, the concierge helps uphold the club’s standards of professionalism and hospitality, ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of hospitality or related customer service experience

Job Duties

  • Communicate ClubLife through all channels and take care of members' needs as it relates to reservations, inquiries, preferences
  • Speak to members on various topics and promote member events, gatherings, facilities, services, and experiences
  • Build relationships and reports with members and guests, execute key ClubLife project work such as birthday campaigns, reservations follow-up, invitation to signature events
  • Provide warm welcomes and fond farewells, recognize member names and connections
  • Direct members and guests within the club, offer business and concierge services, create magic moments
  • Inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities in person and over the phone
  • Assist members by scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services according to standards
