The Baylor Club, located in Waco, Texas, is seeking a Part-Time ClubLife Concierge to join their Member Experience Team. This role is vital for delivering outstanding service to The Baylor Club members by ensuring that every interaction creates lasting impressions characterized by warm welcomes, magical moments, and fond farewells. The ClubLife Concierge plays an integral role in enhancing the member experience through personalized service, project support, and proactive communication. With an hourly pay rate of $12.00 to $14.00 and benefits such as a 401(k) Savings Plan and matching options available even for part-time employees, this position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year experience in hospitality or customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize

Availability to work weekends and holidays
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office

Job Duties

Communicate ClubLife through all channels, take care of members' needs regarding reservations, inquiries, and preferences
Speak to members on various topics, promote member events, gatherings, facilities, services, and experiences
Build relationships and reports with members and guests, support key ClubLife projects such as birthday campaigns, reservations follow-up, invitations to signature events
Provide warm welcomes and fond farewells emphasizing name recognition and personal connection
Direct members and guests within the club, deliver business and concierge services, proactively create memorable experiences
Inform members and guests about club services, features, events, room locations, and amenities in person and over the phone
Assist members in scheduling appointments and reservations in line with club standards
Maintain lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas clean and stocked with necessary supplies
Accommodate member and guest requests for business services including faxing, copying, and mailing
Support Member Experience initiatives including newsletters, message on hold, website calendars, event announcements, and outbound communications
Seat guests appropriately
Adhere to all company, club, and department operations, policies, and procedures
Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
Work safely and attend daily lineups and participate as required
Maintain a neat and clean uniform and grooming according to club standards
Be flexible and adaptable to meet changing member and guest needs
Understand and apply service recovery procedures promptly
Notify management of complaints and resolve using service recovery protocols
Assume additional responsibilities as needed to support team and operations
