The ClubLife Concierge role at Arizona Sands Club is an essential part-time position within the Member Experience Team. The role is designed to provide superior guest and member services, playing a crucial role in communication and engagement activities. The Concierge acts as the primary liaison between the club and its members, handling inquiries, reservations, and personalized requests with a high level of professionalism and care. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating memorable experiences for club members. The Concierge will manage multiple communication channels including social media, email, phone, text, and direct face-to-face interactions. Key responsibilities involve supporting marketing initiatives, event execution, and maintaining active member relationships through ongoing engagement activities such as birthday campaigns, invitations to signature events, and new member onboarding. This role emphasizes relationship building and rapport with members and guests, ensuring that each interaction reflects the club’s dedication to outstanding service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in hospitality or related customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use phone systems, email, text, and social media for communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications
- One year of experience in the hospitality business or a similar role

Job Duties
- Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club and provide business and concierge services
- Inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities both in person and over the phone
- Assist members by providing information and scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services according to club standards
- Maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas clean and organized according to club standards
- Ensure supplies needed by members and guests such as pens and notepads are stocked
- Accommodate member and guest requests for business services including faxing, copying, mailing, and other concierge services, managing the request from start to finish
- Support member experience initiatives such as club newsletter, message on hold, website calendar, event announcements, outbound calls to members, and marketing collateral to promote member services
- Adhere to all company, club, and department standards, policies, and procedures professionally and respectfully
- Attend daily lineups and participate as requested
- Maintain a clean and neat uniform appearance according to club standards
- Remain flexible and adaptable to members' and guests' changing needs
- Understand service recovery procedures for members and guests
