The Arizona Sands Club, situated within the Lowell Stevens Football Facility overlooking the University of Arizona Football Stadium, is a distinguished venue under the Oak View Group umbrella. Known for its exclusive and premium services tailored for sports enthusiasts and members, the club delivers a blend of hospitality and entertainment that complements the vibrant atmosphere of University of Arizona football events.

We are currently seeking a dedicated ClubLife Concierge to join our team on a part-time basis at the Arizona Sands Club located in Tucson, Arizona. This role is essential to the Member Experience Team and encompasses a variety of responsibilities vital to enhancing the overall member’s journey. The ClubLife Concierge will be the primary point of contact for members, handling a broad range of needs including reservations, inquiries, membership preferences, and event promotion. This position requires outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage with members through multiple channels including social media, email, phone, texting, and face-to-face interaction. The ideal candidate is not only service-oriented but also passionate about creating meaningful connections and memorable experiences for every member.

In addition to daily interactions, the ClubLife Concierge will support project work such as birthday campaign executions, follow-ups on reservations, and invitations to signature events. A significant focus will also be placed on new member onboarding, emphasizing warm welcomes, personalized experiences, and member retention strategies like Magic Moments and Fond Farewells. This role is a unique blend of customer service, marketing support, and administrative coordination, designed to make every member feel valued and connected to the ClubLife community.

This position is a regular part-time role paying $16.00 per hour, including benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan with company matching. The role requires a flexible and proactive approach, including maintaining club areas to high standards, managing business and concierge services, and promoting ongoing member engagement initiatives. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of experience in hospitality or a related customer service role
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain professional appearance and grooming

Job Duties

  • Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club
  • provide business and concierge services to members
  • proactively create Magic Moments
  • inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities both in person and over the phone
  • assist members in providing information for and scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services
  • maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas clean and free of debris
  • ensure supplies needed by members and guests are stocked
  • accommodate member and guest requests for business services including faxing, copying, and mailing
  • assist member experience initiatives including club newsletter, message on hold, website calendar, event announcements, and outbound calls to members
  • adhere to all company, club, and department standards of operations, policies, and procedures
  • attend daily lineups and participate as requested
  • maintain a professional appearance and grooming according to club standards
  • adapt to changing member and guest needs
  • understand and implement service recovery procedures
