Job Description

Oak View Group (OVG) is a global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, established in 2015. The company excels in venue development and offers comprehensive capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. OVG operates an impressive portfolio of seven world-class venues and serves a distinguished roster of iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. Their commitment to excellence and innovation places them at the forefront of the live entertainment industry, consistently delivering exceptional experiences to audiences worldwide.

The Arizona Sands Club, situated within the Lowell Stevens Football Facility overlooking the University of Arizona Football Stadium, represents one of OVG’s premier hospitality locations. This exclusive club offers a sophisticated environment where members can enjoy personalized services and access to special events and amenities. Within this vibrant setting, the ClubLife Concierge plays a critical role as part of the Member Experience Team, ensuring that every member receives outstanding support and engagement.

The ClubLife Concierge position is a regular part-time role offering an hourly wage of $16.00. It involves diverse responsibilities including project support, marketing assistance, event coordination, and member communications. The concierge acts as the primary point of contact for members, managing all reservation requests, inquiries, and preferences with attentiveness and professionalism. Responsibilities encompass utilizing multiple communication channels such as social media, email, phone, texting, and face-to-face interactions to promote ClubLife programs, member events, gatherings, facilities, and experiences.

In addition to managing daily member engagements, the concierge supports key initiatives like birthday campaigns, reservation follow-ups, and invitations to signature events. The role emphasizes building lasting relationships and rapport with members and guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. New member onboarding is a significant focus, involving warm welcomes and personalized interaction moments designed to foster connection and a memorable club experience.

The position requires a proactive and service-oriented mindset, adaptable to changing needs and committed to creating "Magic Moments" for members. The role also involves maintaining the club’s physical environment, ensuring that the lobby, front entrance, and workstations meet cleanliness and organizational standards. The ClubLife Concierge actively participates in member experience projects such as newsletters, message-on-hold scripts, website calendars, and various marketing materials to keep members informed and engaged.

Adherence to company policies, operational standards, and a professional demeanor at all times are critical components of the role. The ideal candidate is a communicative, organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates exceptional listening and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, and an openness to embracing new technology will support success in this position.

Oak View Group values diversity and inclusivity, recognizing that a varied workforce enhances innovation, service quality, and overall excellence. This role offers part-time employees access to benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, reflecting the company’s commitment to supporting its workforce comprehensively.
