This part-time role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of catered events within the venue’s dining areas. As a Catering Server, you will be the frontline ambassador of the company, ensuring guests receive top-notch service during events ranging from banquets to corporate functions. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a server in a fine dining or similar environment preferred
- ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to verify alcoholic beverage IDs according to state and federal regulations
- professionalism in interaction with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- over 1 year of experience as a server in fine dining, large-scale dining facility, or similar field preferred
- detail-oriented with ability to multi-task

Job Duties
- Meet the company standard for excellence in the areas of guest service
- interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders for setting up guest events with proper linens, dishware, and flatware
- serve meals to guests or replenish food for buffet service
- serve beverages including alcoholic beverages and verify guest IDs according to regulations
- listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- refill condiments and napkins as needed
- replace tableware and linens during events or room turnover
- maintain a clear and organized workspace
- uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
