The Catering Bartender role at the Charles Schwab Challenge golf tournament in Fort Worth, Texas, is a seasonal, part-time position running from April 24, 2026, to August 24, 2026. This role offers an hourly wage of $18. As a Catering Bartender, you will provide professional, friendly, and efficient beverage service in an outdoor, high-volume event setting, directly contributing to a premium guest experience. The position involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while adhering to company standards, legal alcohol service regulations, and tournament guidelines. You will operate POS systems, manage cash and credit transactions, maintain the cleanliness and organization of bar stations, and ensure that all health, safety, and sanitation policies are strictly followed.

  • Valid alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain it

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and event guidelines
  • Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and local laws
  • Operate POS systems accurately, process cash and credit transactions, and maintain proper cash handling procedures
  • Set up, maintain, and break down bar stations throughout the tournament
  • Keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked during event hours
  • Monitor guest consumption and address any service issues professionally
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies, including outdoor and heat-related safety protocols
  • Provide courteous, efficient service while managing high guest volume
