The company’s portfolio spans seven world-class owned venues and an extensive roster of iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. This dynamic organization is committed to delivering extraordinary experiences through innovative service and flawless operational execution, creating memorable moments for patrons and performers alike. Based in Lawrence, Kansas, the University of Kansas Social Club operates as part of the Oak View Group’s hospitality services, providing premium catering and banquet experiences within its facilities. The position demands high energy, attention to detail, communication skills, and a willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

In this role, Bussers are responsible for the seamless collection and safe delivery of meals from the kitchen to dining customers, ensuring orders meet special requests and dietary considerations. Bussers help maintain the overall cleanliness of the Social Club by regularly wiping down tables, clearing debris, managing waste and recyclables, and ensuring an adequate supply of dining materials. A Busser must demonstrate stamina and the ability to work on their feet for extended periods, lifting trays and navigating busy dining areas efficiently.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals entering the hospitality industry or those wishing to expand their experience in food service operations within a globally respected organization. As part of Oak View Group’s commitment to diversity and inclusivity, the Social Club encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
