Job Duties
- Collect prepared food items from the kitchen and ensure safe transportation to seating areas
- Verify that the food matches order details including special requests, allergies, or dietary restrictions
- Deliver food promptly to customers while fresh and hot
- Assist with picking up drink orders at the bar and delivering them to guests
- Set up tables with clean utensils and condiments before guests arrive
- Clear and reset tables promptly after customers have finished dining
- Ensure tables are properly arranged and presentable for next guests
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in outdoor dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and other personnel to ensure smooth service
- Regularly check and clean dining tables, chairs, and surrounding areas
- Empty and clean garbage cans before, during, and after shifts
- Wipe down tables and clean debris around dining area and seated guests
- Assist with general cleaning tasks including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware and bar
- Collect recyclable garbage disposables and place them in assigned bins
- Assist in maintaining adequate supply of disposable plates, containers, and utensils
