Job Duties

Collect prepared food items from the kitchen and ensure safe transportation to seating areas
Verify that the food matches order details including special requests, allergies, or dietary restrictions
Deliver food promptly to customers while fresh and hot
Assist with picking up drink orders at the bar and delivering them to guests
Set up tables with clean utensils and condiments before guests arrive
Clear and reset tables promptly after customers have finished dining
Ensure tables are properly arranged and presentable for next guests
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in outdoor dining areas
Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and other personnel to ensure smooth service
Regularly check and clean dining tables, chairs, and surrounding areas
Empty and clean garbage cans before, during, and after shifts
Wipe down tables and clean debris around dining area and seated guests
Assist with general cleaning tasks including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware and bar
Collect recyclable garbage disposables and place them in assigned bins
Assist in maintaining adequate supply of disposable plates, containers, and utensils
