At the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles, Oak View Group operates the food and beverage program, delivering a diverse and high-quality dining experience. The Busser position at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art plays a vital role in supporting front-of-house operations within the food and beverage program. This part-time role offers an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $26.00. The busser works collaboratively with servers, bartenders, baristas, and culinary team members to maintain clean and organized dining spaces, assist with guest requests, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for all visitors. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables promptly, assisting in the timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining service stations, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
This role is integral in creating an efficient, smooth operation within the cafe and restaurant settings, especially during busy service periods and special events. Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Duties
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently throughout service in the cafe and/or restaurant
- Assist servers, bartenders, and baristas by delivering water, food items, condiments, and other guest requests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, cafe seating areas, service stations, and guest-facing spaces
- Refill ice, glassware, silverware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies throughout shifts
- Transport dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas
- Support both cafe and restaurant operations based on business needs and event schedules
- Assist with opening and closing side work duties
