- Six months or more bartending experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Bartending school preferred
- Accurate cash handling skills required

- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus and provide described service
- Serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- Learn and have knowledge of various beer, wine, and spirits and upsell products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
- Check guest IDs to verify minimum age for alcohol purchase
- Communicate cut-off to guests as required
- Respond to customer requests and concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
- Request additional or restock products as necessary
- Maintain issued bar bank
- Keep clean and sanitary workstation and well-maintained bar equipment
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment and organize cooler as assigned
