Founded in 2015, OVG has rapidly established itself as a powerhouse in the entertainment industry, managing seven world-class owned venues and representing a collection of iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. The company's comprehensive platform covers venue development, venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales, providing end-to-end capabilities that ensure memorable experiences for both clients and guests alike.

Located in Missoula, Montana, the Zootown venue is one of the prominent facilities under the Oak View Group umbrella, known for its dynamic food and beverage services that complement its live entertainment offerings. Oak View Group’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion fosters an environment where innovation thrives and excellence is the standard, encouraging a vibrant and inclusive team culture. The organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to creating a workforce that reflects the diverse communities it serves.

The Seasonal Part-Time Bartender role at the Zootown location is a vital position aimed at delivering exceptional beverage service during the bustling event seasons running from May 19, 2026, through September 19, 2026. This seasonal opportunity offers an hourly wage of $10.85 and the potential to earn tips, providing both a competitive and rewarding compensation package. Working as a bartender at Oak View Group means engaging in a fast-paced environment that demands professionalism, excellent guest interaction skills, and adherence to all regulatory standards related to the service of alcoholic beverages.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws regarding alcohol sales. This role requires a knowledgeable individual capable of upselling products, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and managing the bar’s cash bank responsibly. Additionally, the ability to assess and handle intoxicated guests tactfully is crucial, emphasizing a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Bartenders at OVG are expected to communicate effectively with guests and team members, prioritize guest satisfaction, and support the smooth operation of the bar during events. The role includes physical tasks such as setting up and breaking down bar equipment and organizing supplies.

This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in vibrant live entertainment settings and possess strong interpersonal skills alongside prior bartending experience. It offers a robust seasonal work experience with exposure to a broad network of professionals, enhancing skills in customer service, cash handling, and regulatory compliance. The role's seasonal nature makes it a compelling option for those seeking flexible part-time work with varied hours, including nights and weekends. With Oak View Group's global presence and dedication to operational excellence, employees can take pride in contributing to a leading player in the entertainment venue management industry.
