The Seasonal Part-Time Bartender role at the Zootown location is a vital position aimed at delivering exceptional beverage service during the bustling event seasons running from May 19, 2026, through September 19, 2026. Job Requirements

Six months or more experience bartending
High school diploma or GED preferred
Bartending school preferred
Accurate cash handling skills required
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours

Job Duties

Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and state/federal regulations
Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirits to guests
Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
Check guest IDs to verify minimum age requirements
Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
Request additional products or restock as needed
Responsible for the issued bank at the bar
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure equipment is well maintained
Set up and break down bar equipment as required
