Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Knowledge of state and federal alcohol service laws
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

- Bartending school preferred
Job Duties
- Demonstrate excellent guest service and adhere to uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and serve according to bar menus
- Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Have knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and upsell products
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
- Check guests' IDs to verify minimum age requirements
- Communicate cut-offs to guests as necessary
- Respond to customer requests and concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security when needed
- Handle cash accurately and manage assigned bank
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and bar equipment
- Set up and break down bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
