Job Duties
- demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
- follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and state/federal regulations
- learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine varieties, and spirits
- pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
- check guest IDs to verify minimum age requirements
- communicate a cut-off to guests as required
- listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management/security as needed
- contact management for decisions beyond standard scope
- request additional or restock products
- manage the bar's issued bank
- maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- set up and break down bar equipment
- assist with cooler organization
