With a focus on innovation and excellence, OVG is dedicated to enhancing the live entertainment experience and supporting artists and fans worldwide.

One of the premier venues managed by Oak View Group is the Ocean Center, located in the vibrant city of Daytona Beach, Florida. The Ocean Center is currently seeking a Part-Time Bartender to join their catering, banquet, and event sales team. This role plays a critical part in delivering outstanding beverage service during events and requires a professional, personable individual with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings. This position offers an hourly wage range of $14.00 to $16.00 and is tip-eligible, making it a lucrative opportunity for candidates who excel in customer service and mixology. Part-time employees at Oak View Group are also eligible for beneficial programs such as a 401(k) savings plan with company matching.

The Bartender’s primary responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to all legal and company standards. Candidates must demonstrate a thorough understanding of beverage varieties including beer, wine, and spirits, and must also be skilled in upselling and recommending drinks to enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness, manage cash handling with accuracy, and ensure customer satisfaction by responding attentively to requests and concerns. Importantly, bartenders are expected to maintain composure in challenging situations, de-escalate incidents involving intoxicated guests, and collaborate with management and security when necessary.

The Ocean Center prides itself on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that values innovation, collaboration, and respect. Oak View Group is committed to equal employment opportunities and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply. This evergreen role accepts applications on an ongoing basis, allowing motivated candidates to join the dynamic team at one of Daytona Beach’s most iconic venues.
