Oak View Group's commitment to delivering exceptional experiences is reflected in its comprehensive approach to live entertainment, combining innovative infrastructure with a passionate and skilled workforce to shape the future of entertainment globally.

The Bartender position at Oak View Group's Blue Arena location in Loveland, Colorado, is a part-time role dedicated to providing outstanding beverage service to guests. This role is essential in creating a memorable entertainment experience by serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and federal laws. Employees in this position must be personable, professional, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The position offers an hourly rate of $13.65 plus tips, making it a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and guest engagement.

Bartenders at Blue Arena are expected to uphold the highest standards of guest service, including adherence to uniform policies and teamwork. Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks according to company menus and bar pre-shift notes, verifying guests' IDs, and managing alcohol service responsibly by following legal regulations. The role requires knowledge of various beers, wines, and spirits, enabling bartenders to suggestively upsell products to enhance guest satisfaction.

Safety and professionalism are paramount, with bartenders trained to manage intoxicated guests by de-escalation techniques and, when necessary, involving management or security. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment is crucial, as is accurately handling cash and managing the bar's issued bank. Additional tasks include restocking supplies, setting up and breaking down bar equipment, and assisting in cooler organization.

Oak View Group values diversity and inclusivity, understanding these principles as drivers of innovation and excellence. The company strives to create an environment that reflects and celebrates its diverse communities, offering equal employment opportunities regardless of race, gender, age, disability, or other protected classes. Part-time employees benefit from a 401(k) savings plan with matching and accrue paid leave hours to support work-life balance.

This position remains open until October 23, 2026, inviting motivated individuals who enjoy teamwork, guest interaction, and the dynamic environment of live entertainment venues to apply.
