Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma, G.E.D., or related food service job experience
- Must acquire and maintain a Food Handler's Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required compliance trainings
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner
- Availability to work during peak periods
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Must be able to stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
- Previous experience preparing coffee drinks is a plus
- Must have a high school diploma, G.E.D., or related food service job experience

- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner focused on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment
Job Duties
- Have knowledge of how to build coffee drinks
- Understand how to build a menu and be able to portion out drinks
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and any special items being offered
- Provide quick, attentive, friendly, and professional service to banquet guests and communicate clearly with all customers
- Ensure that food items are served at proper temperature and immediately upon availability from the kitchen, as ordered by the customer
- Ensure neat presentation of all ordered items, with no spillover
- Pre-bus and fully bus tables when necessary during peak periods
- Maintain availability to work during many peak periods
- Stock beverage stations when necessary including ice, juices, glassware, sugar packets, etc
- Maintain high responsiveness to customer desires and requests
- Maintain a professional and clean appearance
- Communicate with waitstaff, buspersons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to improve communication and coordination
- Build and maintain knowledge regarding bar offerings to answer patron questions accurately
