Job Requirements

  • Valid food handler's certificate
  • Valid alcohol service permit
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects regularly
  • Ability to perform basic math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
  • Experience in a high-volume bar or concessions environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative attitude

  • Ability to perform basic math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages related to product inventory
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects regularly
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Stock and replenish bar products including alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, ice wells, cups, napkins, utensils, stirrers, fruit, and other supplies
  • Move kegs in and out of keg coolers, tap kegs, and assist with beverage setup and breakdown
  • Support bartenders and concessions staff by running supplies and maintaining efficient bar operations during events
  • Ensure bar equipment is clean, operational, and properly set up prior to each event
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bars, storage closets, and surrounding work areas
  • Perform sanitation duties such as sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning and stacking floor mats, emptying and relining trash cans, and removing debris
  • Follow all sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and report low stock or operational concerns to supervisors
  • Demonstrate professionalism and positive communication with employees, management staff, and guests
  • Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality while working scheduled events
