Job Requirements

  • Valid food handler's certificate
  • alcohol service permit
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift and carry heavy objects regularly

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume bar or concessions environment preferred
  • ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative attitude
  • must possess a valid food handler's certificate and alcohol service permit
  • ability to perform basic math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages related to product inventory
  • ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects regularly
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules and business needs

Job Duties

  • Stock and replenish all bar products including alcoholic beverages, nonalcoholic beverages, ice wells, cups, napkins, utensils, stirrers, fruit, and other supplies
  • move kegs in and out of keg coolers, tap kegs, and assist with beverage setup and breakdown
  • support bartenders and concessions staff by running supplies and maintaining efficient bar operations during events
  • ensure bar equipment is clean, operational, and properly set up prior to each event
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of bars, storage closets, and surrounding work areas
  • perform sanitation duties including sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning and stacking floor mats, emptying and relining trash cans, and removing debris and clutter
  • follow all sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
  • assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and report low stock or operational concerns to supervisors
  • demonstrate professionalism and positive communication with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests
  • maintain dependable attendance and punctuality while working scheduled events
  • work in a high-volume event environment requiring standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and working in crowded or loud settings during live events
