With a focus on safety, health, and hospitality excellence, Bar Backs contribute to upholding the Oak View Group’s esteemed reputation while advancing their own skills in the live entertainment and hospitality sector.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in energetic settings, appreciate teamwork, and are ready to support service excellence behind the scenes. The Bar Back’s responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with policies on alcohol dispensing and recognizing guests who may require additional attention for safety reasons.
