As a Banquet Server at the Sevierville Convention Center, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience during events by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the event lifecycle. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants preferred
- Knowledge and/or experience as a banquet server or banquet waiter
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects often
- Ability to carry at least 8 entrees per tray
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Must be punctual with consistent attendance
- Must be able to respond to simple complaints or inquiries from customers

Job Duties
- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
- Relay food and beverage orders
